
Meet Sarah
Welcome to Botanica Naturopathy, my name is Sarah.
I am passionate about health, and I believe that health can look many different ways on many different bodies. Each person has their own unique physiology, experiences, and path to wellness. My approach to naturopathy is rooted in the idea that healing is not about fitting into a rigid definition of health, but about supporting the body in a way that allows it to function optimally and sustainably.
I was born and raised in Montreal, a city that has deeply shaped my connection to community, culture, and nature. I completed my Bachelor’s degree at McGill University, and later pursued my naturopathic training at the Advanced Naturopathy Institute, where I developed a strong foundation in holistic health, nutrition, and natural therapeutics.
My passion for this work is also deeply personal. I have experienced my own struggles with autoimmune conditions, which led me to explore the many ways the body can heal when given the right support. Through that journey, I developed a deep respect for the complexity of the human body and the importance of individualized care. These experiences continue to guide my work and inspire my commitment to helping others better understand their health and feel empowered in their healing process.
Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time in the garden, dancing, reading, and being outdoors. These simple, grounding activities remind me daily of the importance of slowing down, connecting with nature, and creating balance in everyday life.
Through Botanica Naturopathy, my goal is to provide thoughtful, personalized care that supports the body, respects each individual’s unique experience, and helps people move toward greater wellbeing.
